I have created a Unique Six Step System so that you can establish harmony in your life that allows you to be the best version of yourself in all areas. You have a right to live the life you love and not just “survive” it.

The Motherhood Makeover Method

This is a six step system that will replace burnout, exhaustion, overwhelm, stress, and unfulfillment with joy, energy, balance, and harmony. It’s time to DO YOU!!

This method includes 6 powerful components:

1. Envision. This is all about creating a very clear picture of where you want to go. This step creates the time and space to really understand what it is you want for yourself and your life and powerfully engage with it. It allows you to step into your definition of balance and harmony in your life.

2. Reframe. The second step which is often what I view as the most important one is focused on how we think.  The thoughts that go through our minds throughout the day completely create our experience of the world.  Unfortunately many of us engage in thinking patterns that are negative and limit us from realizing what’s possible. So this part of the system works on shifting your thoughts in such a way that life feels in your control.

3. Simplify. This step is about creating freedom and time in your daily life so you can focus on your priorities. This means setting priorities, creating time boundaries and clearing the clutter, which allows us to simplify in order to begin to live the life we want as an individual person in addition to being a Mom. Once we have reclaimed our time we can work towards things we want for ourselves and not be completely consumed by everything and everyone else around us.

4. Re-Calibrate. Now that you have opened up space and time in your life you can . focus on caring or yourself physically, emotionally and socially. As Moms we often put ourselves last so we are often not taking care of ourselves the way we deserve.  So this step supports you to prioritize your needs and health but finding ways to incorporate them into your daily life.

5. Connection. This step works on your relationship with yourself. This often leads to a stronger understanding of who you are and what you want for yourself. Diving deeper into this step also includes creating a strong social support network to reduce isolation and loneliness while also strengthening the connection with partners and children. This connection also allows you to get the help and support you need so you can open up more space and time for yourself.

6. Expansion. This step is about continuing to take inspired action to integrate additional meaningful and life giving activities into your life. You are now stepping into a space of opening up and broadening what you are able to be and do for yourself and in turn those you love. Expansion = JOY!

Bring on the Balance Blueprint Session

This a one-time 60 minute deep dive coaching session that creates a sense of clarity about what you want for yourself and your life with regards to work-life balance. It will also help you identify what the biggest challenges and roadblocks are from achieving balance in your life You will walk away from this session 1-3 powerful action steps to start you on your path to feel calm, confident and balanced.

Bring on the Balance Time Audit

This is a 60 minute session that follows up after a careful documentation of how you spend your time over 1-3 weeks. Once we have a clear picture of how you generally spend your time, we can can identify what is draining your time, what you can remove from your schedule, what you can delegate and what you can start saying “no” to. You will leave this session with hours of freed up time in your week that will allow you to focus on YOU, your family and what matters most!

Bring on the Balance Bootcamp: Take Back Your Time

This is a 6-week 1:1 coaching experience where we will create the building blocks to reclaim your time so you can live you daily life in a space of calm, balance and confidence. Sessions are 60 minutes and take place weekly for six weeks. Upon completing your six week experience we will have built a foundation for you to achieve success in your work, be a present Mom, take care of yourself and enjoy life by opening up hours in your schedule, guilt free!. You will know what a harmonious life means to you, what your priorities are and the best way to organize your life so that can be your best self for you, your family and generations to come.

Bring on the Balance Intensive: Take Back your Time AND YOUR LIFE

This is a 12 week 1:1 coaching experience that allows for a deeper level of transformation implementing the six-step Motherhood Makeover Method. This experience includes 9, 60 minute coaching sessions. The additional time together allows us not only to free up time in your life for you but work on strategies to start integrating self-care. This includes things such as healthier eating, sleep, exercise, hobbies, work, achieving a new goal and much more! You will walk away from this coaching experiencing truly honoring what you need and actually doing something about it. The renewed energy and contentedness will allow you to be more present in your life and experience greater joy than ever knew was possible!

Ultimate Motherhood Makeover

This is a 6 month 1:1 coaching experience that allows for us to dig much deeper into each and every step in the Motherhood Makeover Method based on your unique needs which provides expansive transformation! prefer to tailor this program to individual clients based on their needs. Usually a person who prefer this route, knows what they want and is ready to dive head first and make a BIG investment in themselves.
