The Motherhood Makeover Method
This is a six step system that will replace burnout, exhaustion, overwhelm, stress, lack of purpose and unfulfillment with joy, energy, passion, and a sense of purpose. It’s time to DO YOU!!
This method includes 6 powerful components:
1. Envision. This is all about creating a very clear picture of where you want to go. This step creates the time and space to really understand what it is you want for yourself and your life and powerfully engage with it. It allows you to step into how you can redefine what motherhood can look like.
2. Reframe. The second step which is often what I view as the most important one is focused on how we think. The thoughts that go through our minds throughout the day completely create our experience of the world. Unfortunately many of us engage in thinking patterns that are negative and limit us from realizing what’s possible. So this part of the system works on shifting your thoughts in such a way that life feels exciting and full of possibilities.
3. Simplify. This step is about creating freedom for yourself through simplicity. This means reclaiming time and space in your life through setting priorities, creating time boundaries and clearing the clutter, which allows us to simplify in order to begin to live the life we want as an individual person in addition to being a Mom. Once we have reclaimed our time we can work towards things we want for ourselves and not be completely consumed by everything and everyone else around us.
4. Re-Calibrate. Now that you have opened up space and time in your life you can . focus on caring or yourself physically, emotionally and socially. As Moms we often put ourselves last so we are often not taking care of ourselves the way we deserve. So this step supports you to re-charge those batteries and step into the best version of you.
5. Connection. This step works on your relationship with yourself. This often leads to a stronger understanding of who you are and what you want for yourself. Diving deeper into this step also includes creating a strong social support network with other women to reduce isolation and loneliness while also strengthening the connection with partners and children.
6. Expansion. This step is about reflecting on all the transformation that has happened up to this point and taking inspired action to integrate meaningful, inspired and life giving activities and experiences into your life that are your very own! You are now stepping into a space of opening up and broadening what you are able to for yourself and in turn those you love. Expansion = JOY!
Motherhood Makeover Blueprint
This a one-time 90 minute deep dive coaching session that creates a sense of clarity about what you want for yourself and your life. It will also help you identify what the biggest challenges and roadblocks are from achieving what you want. And lastly, you will identify powerful actions that you can use to move toward the life you want.
Motherhood Makeover Kickstart: Take Back Your Time
This is a 6-week group coaching experience where we will create the building blocks to reclaim your time. Sessions are 90 minutes and take place weekly for six weeks. Group coaching allows you to move through your transformation with other women who have similar goals. You can cheer each other on and be inspired by each other as well. In this group coaching experience you will:
- Redefine what motherhood looks like for you.
- Identify your priorities and what really matters to you
- Identify what aspects of your life give you energy as well as those that deplete it
- Set time boundaries and honor your “yes” and “no”
- Get specific strategies on how to receive and ask for support
- Streamline your to-do lists
- Shift thoughts on how to let go and be enough!
After completing this 6 week group coaching experiences you will have opened up hours in your schedule, guilt free! Now you can focus on spending this time on yourself and what matters most!

Total Motherhood Makeover: Take Back your Time AND YOUR LIFE
This is a 12 week 1:1 coaching experience that allows for a deeper level of transformation implementing the six-step Motherhood Makeover Method. This experience includes 9, 60 minute coaching sessions focused just on you! You will have all of my energy, attention and focus during each session and in-between sessions that will help you reach your goals much more quickly! The additional time together allows us not only to free up time in your life for you but work on strategies to start integrating self-care.
